To enhance the skills of research and to take the university among highly ranked academia, university should allow the students to do a good impact factor research and support him financially. This thing will encourage all the research students to do better no matter if student he is not under any grant but if for well standard publications university supports him he can do much better towards the welfare of this home. Also research office must check the standard of journal before granting, if it is up to the mark or not.
