At this point in time we have 2 academic calendar - undergraduate and postgraduate.
It was not easy to manage with different academic calendar. My suggestion is to have 1 academic calendar for undergraduate and postgraduate. This will make it easy for lecturer who teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students. We can delay the intake (orientation) for few days only between undergraduate and postgraduate.
